Part of leadership involves facilitating discussions with healthy challenge. Scenarios of this kind include leading change, supporting with developmental feedback, addressing under-performance, tackling unacceptable behaviour, investigating reports of bullying, turning down employee requests, or dealing with sensitive personal issues. These discussions can feel uncomfortable at times, so how do we equip ourselves to plan and deliver them well? This workshop introduces a range of practical tools and techniques to support you to have meaningful and constructive conversations.
To equip managers and leaders with the initial skills and confidence to facilitate courageous in a meaningful and constructive manner.
